If you're curios how we got here, this is our short story. 

Marcel, Transylvanian roots (yes, born and raised really close to the Dracula Castle), but there's only coffee in my blood. Going to almost ten years in coffee, by pulling shots, quite bad at latte art and driven by sourcing unique coffees, not by their cupping score or popularity, but by unique origins, distinctive flavours and processings. Love to find rare coffee varieties, roasting them and showing that all the coffees have something special.

I don't believe in cupping scores, I trully believe that coffee roasting it's not an art, it's a craft that needs skills, same as so many things in life. We all roast coffee in our unique way, some we'll like it, some well not.

I like to work with my hands, fix things and to put my head in an ice bucket if I spend too much time working on the laptop.

Been part of building a roastery in Bucharest, and after some time that I delivered coffee to Alex's coffee shop, I've delivered also the ring to her and in 2024 I have delivered also the happiest boy on earth! 

Alex has flying wings from her father, so she has seen almost the whole  world, sipping a ''flatty''(A Flat White mate!) in Australia very, very long time ago.

Ok, I talk too much, pass to Alex now.

Alex, Bucharest born and raised, has been traveling the world before coming back home for a while to open her coffeeshops.

From washing the floors, to cooking, curating playlists and Instagram feed, creating cocktails and vibes but most importantly a commnity of awesome people, she has done and seen it all before she moved and started calling Sweden her home.

We've ended in Västerås, enjoying the slow life, a life as a family of 3, finally ready  to open a project that we where planing and pouring our hearts and into for a while.

We treat each coffee origin different, and our roasting philosophy it's diffferent for each lot, but there's one thing in common, we will always deliver bangers.
